This operation is indicated when the disturbing tissue excess on the thigh inner side can't be treated only with liposuction and there is also an obvious skin excess.

Operation:

To get the possibility to hide the scar at least partially in the swimsuit the incision line lies close to the pubic region on the thigh inner side. However usually it is not enough and the additional incision line towards the knee lying on the thigh inner side should be done to achieve a good esthetical effect. This scar could partially broaden by healing. Beside the excess skin reduction the fat tissue will be additionally removed as well.
